Welcome to Star One. By accessing and using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Star One is a technology platform for on-demand mobility and services, including taxis, car rentals, delivery, and freight transport, connecting users with transportation and related service providers. Star One acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not directly provide transportation services.
Star One is not a transportation company and does not guarantee the availability, punctuality or quality of service provided by third parties.

2. Usage Requirements

To use the Service you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.

  • Use the platform legally and in accordance with these Terms.

Star One reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these conditions.

3. Registration and account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it. Star One will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Permitted Use

The user agrees to:

  • Do not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

  • Do not interfere with the operation of the platform.

  • Do not attempt to access systems, data, or networks without authorization.

5. Payments and fees

Some services may be subject to fees. The user agrees to pay the applicable charges as indicated in the app. Star One may change prices with prior notice on the platform.
Payments are made directly through the platform or to third-party providers, depending on the service selected.
The platform may include a digital wallet for managing payments, top-ups, and collections associated with the services.

The user is responsible for verifying the amounts before confirming any transaction. Star One is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

6. Limitation of liability

Star One does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Service and will not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions.

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software and design of Star One are the exclusive property of Star One or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Suspension and Termination

Star One may suspend or terminate access to the Service, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or for security or legal reasons.

Star One reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published on the website or app and will be effective upon publication.

10. Applicable legislation

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
